Getting Started

Using the Esports Lounge is easy! Follow the steps below to get your account created.

We utilize Canvas to provide information, announcements, and a place to ask questions. Click the button below to enroll in our Canvas organization.

Esports Lounge Canvas

When using the Esports Lounge or any of our gaming hardware, you are subject to the usage terms and conditions of the Esports Lounge, the ASU Student Code of Conduct, and the ASU Computing Terms of Use. If you wish to view any of these documents in the future, you can follow the links provided here or on the Esports Lounge Canvas organization.

1. Go to the Modules page of the Esports Lounge Canvas organization
2. In the "Getting Started" module, locate the "Accept Terms & Conditions" quiz
3. Complete the quiz by agreeing to the terms and conditions for using the Esports Lounge.

The Esports Lounge Gives you access to our computers through the use of the ggLeap software system. To use any of our gaming computers or consoles you need to make a ggLeap account. You can make this account using a few different methods:

1. Visit the Esports Lounge in-person and have our wonderful staff walk you through the process
2. Go to the Player's Portal page on this site and make your account online
3. Go to the full ggLeap Player's Portal website and make an account there.

As a thank you for joining the Esports Lounge, we are giving all new members two free hours of gaming time! The two free hours is limited on a per-person basis. Creating additional accounts for the same person does not entitle you to more free time. Here's how to redeem your free time:

1. Open the Esports Lounge Canvas organization
2. Head to the "Modules" page
3. At the very bottom of the module "Getting Started", you will find the "Redeem Free Time" link.
4. Fill out the form on the linked page.
5. Next time you come to the Esports Lounge, check with our staff members to confirm that free time has been credited to your account.
